Our large number of on-campus student organizations are of great interest to our military-connected students. Many participate in our chapter of Student Veterans of America (SVA). Founded in Fall 2011, our SVA chapter is a great way for entering military students to make new friends and ask other military students about the law school experience. The SVA also organizes various events and networks with professional groups such as San Diego's Veterans Bar Association.
Each academic year there are typically 30 or more on-campus student organizations from which to choose. From the Outdoors Club, to the Entertainment Law Society, to the intellectual Property Law Association, there are ample opportunities to explore new interests, socialize with your fellow students, network with professional legal organizations and perform community service.
