TJSL Professor Luz Herrera has been named as a finalist in the San Diego Business Journal’s 19th Women Who Mean Business Awards.
One-Hundred-Sixty-Nine women were nominated by the newspaper for this year’s awards and all will be honored at a luncheon on November 6.

According to the Business Journal’s announcement, the ceremony “will showcase dynamic female leaders who have contributed to the growth and vitality of San Diego’s business, civic and cultural landscape.”  In addition to the one-hundred-sixty-nine nominees, five women have been selected for special awards.
