Mike Green, 2L, did Thomas Jefferson School of Law proud on Thursday night by winning the 2011 LAF-Off presented by the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program! Green brought down the house down with his jokes and impressions of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Charles Barkley, and President George W. Bush.
“His impressions of Schwarzenegger, Barkley, and Bush were dead-on,” said Dan Lawton, who was one of the Laf-Off Judges. “He structured a joke around the idea of each of these gentlemen visiting the new downtown building of the law school, then taking turns teaching a law class. He owned the stage and killed the audience.”
Green says he hopes he made a big impression on the audience of lawyers and judges and that they were thinking “Hey, let’s hire that guy! I’d like to work with him!”
